In 1980, Tim began full-time ministry at the age of 23 at Harvest Christian Fellowship. Never sensing a call to pursue ministry as a senior pastor, Tim has spent the last 26 years as a support pastor, serving in a wide variety of capacities and ministries. In 2001, he accepted an offer to become the administrative pastor at Crossroads. Tim and his wife Kathy recently became “empty-nesters” but have been adopted by their new West Highland Terrier… Wally.

  • Interests: Reading (mystery novels), volleyball, U.S.C. football, and watching home improvement shows
  • What He’s Reading Lately: “Humility: True Greatness” by C.J. Mahaney
  • Likes: Brownies (with no nuts), hanging out with friends, when USC wins and Notre Dame loses!
  • Dislikes: Brussels Sprouts, pointless meetings, and Christian cliché’s
  • You’re kidding! (an unexpected experience): Was held at gunpoint by three Chinese soldiers in the Beijing Airport while smuggling Bibles into China. Both the Bibles (and Tim) got through!
