In 1980, Tim began full-time ministry at the age of 23 at Harvest Christian Fellowship. Never sensing a call to pursue ministry as a senior pastor, Tim has spent the last 30 years as a support pastor, serving in a wide variety of capacities and ministries. In 2001, he accepted the position of administrative pastor at Crossroads. Tim and his wife Kathy have three daughters, two sons-in-law, no grandchildren (yet), and a West Highland Terrier (Wally).

Ministry Responsibilities: Administration, Communications, Projects & Events, Community Groups
Interests: Reading, volleyball, watching sports (U.S.C. football & L.A. Lakers) and home improvement shows
What He’s Reading Lately: “Total Church” by Chester & Timmis, “The Trellis and the Vine” by Marshall and Payne, “Running Scared” by Edward T. Welch
Likes: Brownies (with no nuts), hanging out with friends, good coffee
Dislikes: Brussels Sprouts, pointless meetings, and Christian cliché’s
You’re kidding! (an unexpected experience): Was held at gunpoint by three Chinese soldiers in the Beijing Airport while smuggling Bibles into China. The Bibles got through!
