The struggles we experience as committed followers of Jesus are not new or unusual – and the stories of those who have gone before us can oftentimes encourage us toward our own spiritual victories.  Therefore, we invite you to join us to read and discuss two inspirational biographies.  We will start on Tuesday, July 14, with morning and evening meetings to discuss A Chance to Die: The Life and Legacy of Amy Carmichael by Elizabeth Elliot.  Then on August 11, we will meet to discuss The Five Silent Years of Corrie ten Boom by Pamela Rosewell Moore.  Both books are available at The Commons or can be purchased online. A list of discussion questions for each meeting will be available in the church office.
