Missions
“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19 – 20 (NKJV)

“But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.” Acts 1:8 (NKJV)
The call to participate in the ministry of seeing peoples lives transformed through the message of the gospel goes far beyond our local community. God challenges us to look beyond our borders, to go beyond our borders and serve beyond our borders. The Missions Ministry at Crossroads is focused on assisting with the deployment of believers to other parts of the world through prayer, support and encouragement to win lost souls. Currently, our efforts are focused on five geographic areas: Ghana, Mexico, Ireland, India and Russia. Activities within the Missions Ministry typically involve sending short term mission teams to the areas mentioned above, supporting long term missionaries, and developing indigenous works.
Our PURPOSE is to…
- SHARE the Gospel with the lost beyond the borders of our local community.
- SERVE on the field through short and long-term mission work.
- DEPLOY those called by God for long-term mission work.
- ASSIST with the development of indigenous works (i.e., church planting and Bible schools).
- PROVIDE the spiritual resources (prayer & encouragement) and practical resources (money & manpower) required to support these works.
