On Sunday, September 7, we are sponsoring an all-day church event at Bear River High School called Crossroads Together! We look forward to having the WHOLE CHURCH together to worship the Lord in song and Bible study and spend time together as a family of believers.
To start the day, we encourage everyone to plan on arriving at Bear River High School between 9:00 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. directions provided below.
This will allow sufficient time to make your way into the football stadium for an ALL-CHURCH WORSHIP SERVICE beginning at 9:30 a.m. The Crossroads Worship Team will be on hand to lead worship and Pastor Todd Johnson will share a message from the Word. Seating will be available in the grandstands or you can bring blankets and lawn chairs to sit on the field (recommended for families).
Following the service, we will remain on campus for a PICNIC LUNCH and a variety of FAMILY ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS. Hot Dog or Hamburger box-lunches will be provided or you can bring your own picnic basket! Activities will include swimming, a special softball game (teams TBA), a three-on-three basketball tournament (see details at the bottom of this page), plenty of “inflatable adventures” for the kids (bounce houses, slides, obstacle courses, & water slides), climbing walls and more!
We’ll conclude our day together with a BAPTISM SERVICE where we will share this special moment with our brothers and sisters who are obeying God’s command to be baptized.
We are taking INDIVIDUAL sign-ups for this event in the church office. Teams will be formed by the tournament coordinators. For more information, contact Keith Schneider at keiths@sierradata.com.
