Everything You Need to Know About Small Groups

August 25th, 2009 by Brett Wagner

What are small groups?

Small groups are a gathering of high school students that meet weekly to study the Bible, provide accountability and care for each other.

Why should I be in a small group?

Because these groups are designed to be small, it allows you to make personal connections with other students and dialogue about God’s Word in a way that you can’t on a Sunday morning.

What should I expect?

You should expect to build solid friendships, grow in your love for Jesus and be personally challenged in your walk with him.

Where and when do they meet?

Small groups meet every Wednesday night at the church at 7:00pm.

Can I be with my friends?

Yes, small groups are ultimately about building stronger friendships within the high school ministry. Write the name of some of the friends you would like to have in your group on the card below {same gender}, and we will do our best to place you with those friends.

How do I sign up?

Fill out the registration card (download here or pick up in the hs room) and place it in the drop box in the back of the room or give it to a leader. We will contact you and follow up with all the details.
